bye crutches~

i guess i can officially bid goodbye to the crutches but i have to walk very slowly though. Still, it is very troublesome using the crutches and the quality is very, very lousy. Although it was from the school, the base or tip of the crutches are not rubber, yet steel, which means if i walk on slippery surfaces, chances are i will fall. That already defeats the purpose of having the crutches to aid me in WALKING.

Another thing is, people if you ever have a sprain and factured joints, please go and see a sinseh and not go the westernised way. They will just prescribed you some pills to ease the swollen part and some painkiller. NO USE. Unlike the sinseh, they will patch the joint back to the original place and after that, you can walk properly again, with some pain of course. That's my case.

However, one thing good about visiting the western doctor is that they will encourage not to go to school and start to write a 14 days mc for you. hahas, so that you can slack at home 24/7 and do whatever you like.

So, my conclusion is, unless you want to be healed, see the western doctor.
